Senior Management

Mr. Lyu Yingcheng(吕应成), aged 53, is the Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Strategy Committee of the Company. Mr. Lyu Yingcheng is a senior economist holding a postgraduate degree in Economics from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and a Master of Engineering degree in engineering fields from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He previously served as chairman, executive director, legal representative, director, general manager, and other key executive positions at several subsidiaries of Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.*((凯盛科技集团有限公司) a major shareholder of the Company), which included mainly serving as the party secretary, the chairman, legal representative, and general manager of China Yaohua Glass Group Co., Ltd.*(中国耀华玻璃集团有限公司), general manager of Triumph Glass Holdings Co., Ltd.*(凯盛玻璃控股有限公司), and deputy general manager and chief financial officer of China Luoyang Float Glass Group Co., Ltd.*(中国洛阳浮法玻璃集团有限责任公司). He has accumulated extensive experience in the glass industry over many years, with a strong track record in corporate strategic planning, operational management, and financial management.

Mr. Ye Zhihui (叶志会), aged 54, is the Vice President of the Company and also the director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Ye is a senior engineer. He graduated from Qiqihar Institute of Engineering in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in silicates. Mr. Ye joined the Weihai Glass Factory of the Group in July 1994, who has served as the general manager of certain subsidiaries of the Group and has over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate management in the glass industry. In 2008, Mr. Ye participated in the development of complete set of technology and equipment for float on-line low-emission and TiO2 series of composite film glass, which was awarded the first prize in the advancement category of the Building Materials Science and Technology Award and was awarded the second prize of the National Building Materials Industry Technological Innovation Award in 2017. Mr. Ye is the 2013 National Model Worker in the building materials industry and the 2019 National Outstanding Entrepreneur in the building materials industry.

Mr. Cai Guo (蔡国), aged 52, is the Vice President of the Company. He also serves as the senior director of the Company’s Overseas Business Department and the general manager of China Glass (Nigeria) FZE. Mr. Cai graduated with a bachelor’s degree. Mr. Cai joined the Jiangsu Glass Factory of the Group in 1995 and has more than 20 years of working experience and more than 10 years of experience working abroad. He has been responsible for the Group’s international trade and overseas operation management for a long time and possesses a profound understanding of and extensive experience in international market development and overseas project operation and management.

Mr. Zhang Guan (章贯), aged 42, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Zhang joined the Group on 1 January 2024. He is a Senior Accountant and a Certified Tax Agent. He graduated from Wuhan University of Technology* (武汉理工大学) with a double bachelor’s degree in financial management and computer science and technology. Mr. Zhang was the deputy general manager and chief financial officer of certain subsidiaries of Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.* (凯盛科技集团有限公司) (a substantial shareholder of the Company) and has nearly 20 years of extensive experience in financial management in the glass industry.

Ms. Jiao Yingchen, aged 42, was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company on 9 June 2025. Ms. Jiao has over 15 years of experience in company secretarial and related fields for companies listed on the Stock Exchange. From 2016 to 2020, Ms. Jiao served as the company secretary of China Baofeng (International) Limited (stock code: 3966), a company formerly listed on the Stock Exchange. Ms. Jiao holds a master degree in corporate governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Jiao is an associate member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute since 2014 and an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland since 2014.
